
Chocolate Pumpkin Pie Martini
Ingredients
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 2 gluten-free graham crackers
- ¾ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, divided, plus more for dusting
- Maple syrup
- Ice
- 4 ounces Mozart Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
- 4 ounces vodka
- 2 ounces dark rum
- 2 tablespoons half and half
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Garnish
- 2 cinnamon sticks
Steps
- Whip cream to stiff peaks. Pipe onto a plate in two swirls and freeze for ½ hour.
- Grind the graham cracker in a small food processor into fine crumbs. Combine with ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice and place on a small plate. Pour some maple syrup into a small plate. Dip two martini glasses into the maple syrup and then into the cracker crumbs to rim the glasses.
- Place ice in a cocktail shaker, add Mozart Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Liqueur, vodka, rum, half and half, vanilla, and ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice mix. Shake for 30 seconds then pour into the prepared glasses. Top with the frozen whipped cream, dust with some more pumpkin pie spice and add a cinnamon stick to garnish if desired.
