Chocolate Covered Strawberry Martini

Ingredients

• 4 ounces heavy cream
• 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
• 2 ounces Mozart Chocolate Strawberry Liqueur
• 1-2 drops red food coloring, optional
• 4 ounces Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur
• 2 ounces Vodka

• Freeze dried strawberries,

Steps

• Whip the cream and powdered sugar together until soft peaks. Add the Mozart Chocolate Strawberry Liqueur and food coloring, if using, and beat until mixed.
• Combine Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur and vodka in an ice filled cocktail shaker, shake for 30 seconds, and then divide among the two martini or coupe glasses.
• Spoon in the whipped strawberry cream and garnish with freeze dried strawberries.
